Questions about plans and payments
Does the trial need a card?
No. The 14 days of Premium start by themselves with the first match on the device and ask for no card or payment details.
What happens after the 14 days?
The device goes back to the Explorer plan with 5 free games. Progress, badges and levels are kept, and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
Anytime and with no fees, from the customer portal of Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. The link comes in every receipt email and is also in the family zone. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period and progress is not deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund if you ask within 15 business days after each charge, renewals included, without giving a reason. This follows the right of withdrawal under applicable law, such as Ecuador's consumer protection law.
Can you raise the price of my plan?
Only if you expressly accept the new price. If you do not, your subscription ends at the end of the paid period at no cost. Before every annual renewal we send you a reminder by email.
Do prices include taxes?
Latin America prices include Ecuador VAT. In other regions, local taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm. All prices are in US dollars.
How does the Family plan work?
It covers up to 4 child profiles in the same home. Each profile has its own progress and its own report, with no rankings between siblings.
How do I activate the plan after paying?
You get a license key by email. In the family zone, Plan and subscription section, turn on sync and type the key. That is it.
